Sustainability

Our priority is to offer a diverse portfolio of containers that protect consumer health and preserve product integrity. Additionally, our members are working to reduce their use of virgin materials, most notably virgin plastic, through package design, and use of recycled content.

We support comprehensive recycling at curbside, drop-off, large public venues and multi-family dwellings to recover our containers. We also support key investments in recycling infrastructure including recycling bins, materials recovery facilities and consumer education.

We support our industry’s national initiative Every Bottle Back. We recognize the value of partnerships with state and local governments, waste haulers, processors, NGO’s and our customers to drive higher recovery rates for our containers.
